How to report bugs and leave feedback

We always want to hear from our customers and we make ourselves readily available to assist you in your endeavour to calculate carbon footprints accurately. You can always reach us directly in-app via the support widget or by emailing support@carbonaltdelete.eu.

AI Answers and the Help Docs are fantastic resources for finding the answers you need without having to wait for someone at Carbon+Alt+Delete to answer you personally. However, for feedback and bugs, we direct you specifically to the Email section.

Reporting bugs

When reporting a bug, please be as specific as possible as this will speed up the troubleshooting process. Things we are generally looking for are:

  • The scope of the issue (is it affecting everyone, just you, a specific company account)
  • The urgency of getting this resolves (is this something that is blocking you from working or just a minor annoyance)
  • Clear reproduction steps ("I went to page X and did task Y which resulted in Z")
  • Images and or screen recordings can help even further

Sending in feedback

We love getting feedback from our customers and we urge you to send this in however you see fit. It might be easiest to again send this as an email though so it goes directly to the support team. They know what team needs to hear it.

Some things we would love to know about your feedback:

  • Clear description of what it is you want and what current pain it is solving
  • Again, images and other media helps
  • How important it is to you (must-have, should-have, nice-to-have)
