The Dashboard Pivot

The Pivot feature lets you transform your company's raw inventory data into clear, interactive summaries. You can filter, sort, and group across any dimension, turning complex datasets into actionable insights.

Pivot table showing emissions across Reporting Periods grouped by Activity Category

Pivot views, tables, and charts

Every pivot can be viewed as either a table or a chart, by clicking the buttons at the top of the page. Next to these, there is a dropdown where you can choose from your previously saved pivot views. Any change made to the currently active view can be saved either by clicking "Save" to update the current view immediately, or by going into the more menu (the three vertical dots) and choosing "Save as new".

To the right of the table to you have pivot controls and pivot filters. If no filters are applied, all inventory lines across all reporting periods are pulled into the view.

Pivot view controls and list of saved views

When a pivot is viewed as a chart, you have access to additional controls from the more menu in the upper right corner in the chart. You can edit the chart, change advanced settings, or download the chart as an image. In the bottom left corner you also have access to download the data in XLSX or CSV format.

Pivot view chart controls

By editing a chart you get the option of choosing from a wide variety of charts. The different chart types supported are: column, bar, pie, line, area, x y (scatter), hierarchical, and combination. All of the charts are also fully customizable with regards to legend, series, titles, and more.
