Customizing Disclosure information

It is important to customize the text of the report to accurately reflect the reporting company and methods used.

The Disclosure tab allows you to edit specific sections of the report. These sections include:

1. Verifier and Auditing Contact Details
2. Reporting Context
3. Consolidation Method Approach
4. Methodology Additional Context
5. Organizational Boundaries Additional Context
6. Reporting Boundaries Additional Context
7. Approach to base year reporting
8. Revision and Auditing Context

Carbon+Alt+Delete has provided default text for some of the sections, but they should be reviewed and edited for each company account. To revert to the default text, simply delete the customized text.

Another section of the report that can and should be customized is the Activity Category Descriptions and Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria. These must be edited from the Boundaries view.
