  1. Switch to the company that you wish to give the user access to. You will need to have the company on the company access list on your user profile.

  2. Click on your name at the top right of the page and select "Company Settings".

  3. Click on the outlined block labelled “Add new user”.

  4. Click on the expand icon and fill in the details in the panel that opens on the right of the screen.

    1. First and Family Name

    2. Email address

    3. Photo (optional) - For use as a profile picture

    4. Read-only? - Indicates whether the user can edit data

  5. Click the "Send invite" button to send an email to the new user.

  6. The user will receive an email at the address provided that allows them to provide a password and activate their account.

  7. Once the user has activated their account, you will see their status change from "Invited" to "Active".

  8. The user will then be able to access the company account data but they will not have access to any of the settings.
