AI Document Screening

When importing files you have the option of using our AI Document Screening (or AI Import) to automatically map information from invoices, receipts, and more to inventory entries in Carbon+Alt+Delete.

Example above is a business flight between South Africa and Belgium.

You can upload PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs, or JPGs. Once the file is uploaded, click "Next", and the import tool will screen the document and try mapping the information from the document to appropriate fields in Carbon+Alt+Delete.

Once screened, you will see the file as suggested data mappings and the tool will also provide additional details like AI Model Reasoning and Uncertainty when applicable. You will of course be able to verify and approve values before importing the file to create your inventory entries.

Once added to the inventory, the screened document will be added to your inventory entries as an attachment in the details pane.
