How To: Grant access to our support team (Admin only)
If you need assistance from our team, you can grant access to the "Carbon+Alt+Delete Support" user. We will then be able to assist in reviewing or correcting your settings or data at your request.
If you are not already in conversation with us about the issue that you are having, you can email us by clicking the "Get support!" link in the bottom left corner of the app.
In the course of resolving the issue, if you want our team to work directly on your account, follow the steps below to grant access.
Note that only users with Admin rights will be able to grant access.
Navigate to your Consultancy settings and select the "Expert Users" tab.
Find the user called "Carbon+Alt+Delete Support"
Open the detail pane by clicking the expand icon.
You may need to send an invite link to allow us to activate the user profile.
If you only need help with managing the details of specific company accounts,
Open the Company Access dropdown.
Select the companies you need assistance with.
If you need help with managing users, company account settings, or are okay with the support user having access to your full account,
Enable the "Admin?" toggle to grant full access.
You can set up the company access, but the support user will also be able to grant themselves access to companies as needed.
